Academic Formation
Ronaldo Fumio Hashimoto received a B.Sc. degree in Physics at the Institute of Physics (University of São Paulo, Brazil), a M.Sc. degree in Applied Math. at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (University of São Paulo, Brazil) and a Ph.D. degree in Applied Math. at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (University of São Paulo, Brazil). He held a post-doc researcher position (from 2001 to 2003) at the Texas A&M University (grant from the National Human Genome Research Institute). He is currently a professor at the DCC - IME - USP.
