Conference and short course on Sample Surveys and Bayesian Statistics, 26-29 August 2008, University of Southampton, UK.
Preparations for the upcoming conference are now in full gear and we have a very impressive list of confirmed invited speakers.
The event will take place in the week preceding the annual meeting of the Royal Statistical Society.
The conference will be preceded by a short course given by Professors Malay Ghosh, Rod Little and Trivellore Raghunathan. Up to 20 bursaries for the short course are available for students and staff belonging to an eligible UK Higher Education or Research Institution. Five similar bursaries are available for non-UK participants from developing countries.
Deadline for submission of paper abstracts is 20 April.
