New Publishing Partnership between Taylor & Francis
and Grace Scientific Publishing

Taylor & Francis is pleased to announce that, beginning in 2012,
we will publish the Journal of Statistical Theory and Practice
on behalf of Grace Scientific Publishing. The journal was conceived
and started in 2007 by Professor Sat Gupta, Department of Mathematics
and Statistics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

The main goal of Journal of Statistical Theory and Practice
is to publish expeditiously original research papers covering the theory
and applications of statistics. The journal's editorial board boasts
some of the most eminent academics in the field of statistics such as
C.R. Rao (Pennsylvania State University), Joe Gani (Australian National
University), and Pranab Sen (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill).
The journal has published special issues guest-edited by such eminent
scholars as C.R. Rao, Joe Gani, Ben Kedem, Angela Dean, and Sanpei Kageyama.

Editor-in-Chief Sat Gupta said, "Although the Journal of Statistical Theory
and Practice has made tremendous progress on its own over the last 5 years,
with the T&F publishing infrastructure behind it, the sky is the limit going
forward. This sentiment is reflected in the congratulatory messages received
from all members of the journal's editorial board. I look forward to this
partnership with T&F to establish the Journal of Statistical Theory and
Practice among the top statistic journals."
