8th ERPEM Second Announcement The 8th ERPEM, will take place at Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, UBA, Buenos Aires, Argentina, from November 30 to December 2, 2011. There will be two main courses Frederic Ferraty (IMT), Functional Data and Problematics Milton Jara (IMPA), An Introduction to the KPZ equations, as well as invited lectures Hubert Lacoin (Paris Dauphine) Matías Salibián Barrera (British Columbia) Miguel Abadi (USP) Renato Asuncao (UFMG) Robert Morris (IMPA) There will also be opportunities for participants to present their own research. We expect to provide partial financial support to a limited number of participants. The deadline for requesting financial support is October 20, 2011.
