FINAL DEADLINE: June 13 - "VI Internatio?nal Workshop on Spatio-Tem?poral Modelling (METMAVI), Sep 12-14, 2012"

Dear Colleagues:




We kindly inform you that, by the request of some participants, we  
decide to extend the DEADLINE for abstract submission to METMAVI to  
the 13TH OF JUNE.


Please be aware that METMAVI aims to promote the development and  
application of spatio-temporal statistical methods in different fields  
related to ENVIRONMENTAL and HEALTH SCIENCES. The workshop will be  
held in Guimarães, not only the birth place of Portugal, as a UNESCO  
World Heritage Site and the 2012 European Capital of Culture... so  
well worth a visit.

Contributed papers may be published in two special issues of SERRA and  
Journal of Environmental Statistics. Other possible special issue is  
under consideration.




Important dates
- Registration (reduced fee): Until June 10, 2012
- Extended abstract submission: June 13, 2012
- Contribution acceptance: July 6, 2012
