Representations of quantum groups at roots of unity.
Abstract: We will survey a few results of Lusztig on finite-dimensional representations of quantum groups at roots of unity including the classification of the irreducible modules and a version of Steinberg´s tensor product theorem. We will then touch upon an ongoing project with A. Moura on finite-dimensional representations of quantum affine algebras at roots of unity.
