On splitting of the normalizer of a maximal torus in classical groups.
Abstract: We describe classical groups over an algebraically closed field in which the normalizer of a maximal torus is split over the torus. We describe classical groups over a finite field and their maximal tori in which the normalizer of the maximal torus is split over the torus.
