To develop and operationalize for the Federal Government, at the Secretariat of Logistics and Information Technology (SLTI), of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, the New Generation of the Brazilian Public Software Portal (SPB), whose main feature is cooperation and knowledge sharing in communities to expand partnerships and strengthen the free software policy in the public sector.
