Caros Colegas,
A University of Hasselt tem um programa de Mestrado e Doutorado
com bolsas belgas, para candidatos provenientes de paises
da Africa e alguns da America Latina. O Brasil nao estava incluido
na lista mas passou a se-lo, como podem ver pela mensagem que se segue.
O problema é que grande parte das informações estao em Flamengo.
Estou tentando conseguir mais informações, mas mesmo assim estou
encaminhando as mensagens que recebi. Quando tiver mais informações,
enviá-las-ei.
Quem conseguir entender ou achar a versao em ingles, por favor,
repasse-nos.

one option is to consult the website of www.vlir.be. At the same time, it
would be good to contact Martine Machiels (you know Martine very well,
don't you). She may have useful insight too.
