Veracruz, Mexico* Dear all, The BNP2011 is the first of this series of workshops open to contributed talks. In addition to the now classical poster presentations, this is a major innovation to foster active participation from delegates. Following the requests of some authors the deadline for contributed talks has been extended to February the 3rd, 2011.
